These terms cover Uriel’s Shoe Repair’s website and repair-update text messaging program. Repair work, prices, and timing are agreed with the shop after inspecting your item.

SMS Terms

By expressly agreeing to receive Uriel’s Shoe Repair text updates, you authorize messages to the number you provide about your repairs. Messages may include receipts, repair updates, pickup notices, reminders, and responses to your questions. Some messages may be sent automatically. This program does not include promotional texts.

Consent and frequency

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing repair services. Giving us your phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. Message frequency varies based on your repairs and conversations with the shop. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text updates. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP or call the shop at 718-775-7518. Tell us if your phone number changes.

Message delivery

Text delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please contact the shop directly if you need to confirm the status of a repair.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle customer information. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
